The active skill Marie's Curse is a powerful hex, that reduces a target accuracy and attack speed by 50% for Duration 10. It has 10 Range. It can be used once per battle, per user.
It In Judgment, this book is a consumable item. It cannot be crafted and is typically sold by random traders. Using this book consumes it.
Tips[]
- Marie's Curse is used via the 'use' tab in your inventory screen. You need to select a survivor first.
- Its high range is good for luring enemies. The flying "bolt" it creates will take a moment to reach the target, so it is better to open with this skill instead of waiting for enemies to aggro otherwise.
- The hex is nearly identical to one from Hand of Glory, but it doesn't occupy character's equipment slot. A whole party can (and should) be taught it. It is especially useful on characters who spend most of the battle idle (tanks).
- The best targets for the hex are low-accuracy (Morax), high-hp (Morax, Shedim), high-damage (Morax, Shedim) demons that hang just out of range of your weapons (Morax, Fallen Angel).
