50 Calibers are powerful, high caliber, sniper rifles used in long-range combat. Their name comes from their ammunition, huge .50 inch (12.7 mm) caliber cartridges.
The .50 Caliber requires the Sniper Rifles Skill to equip. It is considered as a Rifle for the purposes of modifiers and damage bonuses.
This is an exceptionally unwieldy weapon - as such, it reduces a survivor's Walk Speed and Evasion by 20%.
In Judgment, a .50 caliber is a Tier IV weapon that Survivors can craft and use in combat.

- 50 Calibers are a slow but powerful weapon. Try to find a firing spot with a good cover, so you don't have to lose precious time changing positions.
- Don't arm all your squad with heavy weapons or you will find yourself surrounded very quickly. Your team needs as much mobility as firepower.
- Beyond their exceptional range, the sniper rifle also grants +2 Vision Range. Use it well.
